    Current affairs
    The single A4 publication covers the main stories of the day, so guests can keep in touch with developments. The newsletter is written by our staff late at night to keep it as up-to-date as possible.

    Personalised
    The publication is personalised with each hotel's logo and welcome message, making it clear that they are offering patrons an added-value service. Hotels upload their own logos when registering on the website. Our staff are available to assist if required.

    Each newsletter contains a weather forecast that corresponds with the hotel's city. See below for further details.

    Multiple languages

    Weather
    The weather in the publication is based on the nearest weather station to each establishment. When registering, you will be asked to select the nearest town or city. The forecast, along with the temperature, shows the weather for the day of publication and the following day, on every newsletter.

    Sudoku
    A different Sudoku is published every day for guests' enjoyment. This may be replaced by advertising or other promotional material. See below for details.

    Advertising and promotional content
    A hotel may want to offset the cost of the newsletter by taking advertising from external organisations. Alternatively, the Sudoku space could be used to promote features or events within the hotel.

    Sports news
    In addition to current affairs, the newsletter includes several brief sports items.

    365 days a year
    The publication is produced every evening of the year, including all national and religious holidays. There is no limit on the number of newsletters that may be printed each night, according to guests' requirements. We offer a special rate to hotels which close for part of the year.

    On-line tailoring
    At any time hotels can access the website and tailor their requirements. Our system is designed to be as simple as possible, but our staff are always on hand to help if your requirements change.

    Summary
    The intention is not to replace daily newspapers, television news or the internet. These things will always be available at a cost to hotel guests.
    However, we offer hotels the opportunity to improve their guest relations by providing them with an added-value service.
