Terms & Conditions

Clients engaging the services of Debell Publishing Ltd automatically agree to these terms and conditions.

Clients will have automatic permission to print and distribute newsletters produced by Debell Publishing Ltd within the confines of a registered establishment. The publication may not be re-distributed to other establishments in any manner to third parties for financial gain or otherwise.

A signed contract is not required for the service.

Until payment is received in full the services of Debell Publishing Ltd may be withdrawn without notice.

No refund of subscriptions will be made once payment has been received.

All invoices will be e-mailed. Hard copies of invoices will be supplied only upon request.

Late or non-payment of fees may result in withdrawal of the service.

If an invoice remains unpaid after the stated invoice payment terms, Debell Publishing Ltd may consider legal action to obtain payment and the client will be liable for all legal expenses.

All subscriptions will be on an annual basis. A renewal notice will be issued before the end of the annual subscription.

A new invoice will be issued automatically each year and will be subject to these terms and conditions, unless the service is expressly cancelled.

Debell Publishing Ltd will not be held responsible for any libelous or defamatory content of articles.

Debell Publishing Ltd cannot guarantee that all newsletter languages will be available on every day of the year.

Debell Publishing Ltd reserves the right to refuse service for any reason.

Copyright of original material in newsletters is exclusively owned by Debell Publishing Ltd.

In no event will Debell Publishing Ltd be liable to a client or any third party for any damages, including, but not limited to, service interruptions caused by Acts of God or any other circumstances beyond reasonable control, any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential, punitive or special damages (including lawyer's fees and court costs) arising out of the operation of the service.

Debell Publishing Ltd is not responsible for the print quality of newsletters.

These terms & conditions and invoices issued will be legally binding.

Any legal action or court proceeding will be subject to and take place in the United Kingdom.
